Junior Production Planner

We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented Junior Production Planner for our client to strengthen the planning and logistics function within a high-tech production environment. The current 3D printing operation (Additive Manufacturing) is in an expansion phase with increasing production volumes, more components in series production, and the implementation of a new SAP system. This role is suitable for you who want to contribute with structure, drive, and curiosity in a growing and modern manufacturing business.

About the position

As a Junior Production Planner, you will work closely with production and become an important part of ensuring efficient flows, correct order documentation, and good delivery precision. This role is suitable for you who enjoy working administratively while also having an interest in understanding how production works in practice.

You will have the opportunity to grow into the role, develop your system knowledge, and contribute to improvements in a modern manufacturing environment.

Your main tasks

• Administer production orders in SAP.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on production orders based on internal and customer-driven needs.
• Provide active support in planning issues to production.
• Contribute with various planning-related tasks as needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and thrives in a role where collaboration and communication are important. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• At least 1 year of experience in production planning or post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Ability to work on-site in Finspång 100% of the time.

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAP or other business systems.
• Interest in additive manufacturing and modern production methods.
